Research topics: Development and Application of Blinking-Free Super-Resolution Microscopy

Summary: In this research, we will develop a new super-resolution imaging technology that integrates unique multicolor "Raman tags" and sparse modeling, aiming to establish blinking-free and high-speed super-resolution technology. This allows for the identification of nanometer-scale structures in a single shot without waiting for blinking, realizing significant acceleration. By visualizing rapid molecular dynamics within cells in real-time, we aim to clarify biological phenomena and apply the technology to innovative medical diagnostics.
