In vivo imaging for neural circuit refinement at the single cell level

Summary
Functional neural circuits rely on the establishment of precise wiring during development. These connections are initially regulated by genetic programs and are subsequently refined by neural activity. In this study, using in vivo imaging techniques, I aim to uncover the precise mechanisms underlying circuit refinement driven by spontaneously-generated neural activity.
