Summary
The age of college students is an important time in the prevention and early intervention of mental health problems. In this research project, I will conduct a one-year longitudinal and prospective survey study to identify psychological factors that influence the mental health of college students, focusing on their procrastination in their daily lives, including academics. I will also examine the similarities and differences between Japanese and international students.

Message

I am very honored to be chosen as the recipient of this research grant. I will carry out this research project based on the previous findings and devote myself to obtain suggestions that can be applied to support students in the future.
