Relationship between procrastination and mental health among university students: a psychological study focusing on the similarities and differences between Japanese and international students
The age of college students is an important time in the prevention and early intervention of mental health problems. In this research project, I will conduct a one-year longitudinal and prospective survey study to identify psychological factors that influence the mental health of college students, focusing on their procrastination in their daily lives, including academics. I will also examine the similarities and differences between Japanese and international students.

I am very honored to be chosen as the recipient of this research grant. I will carry out this research project based on the previous findings and devote myself to obtain suggestions that can be applied to support students in the future.
