Creation of new magnetic semiconductor materials realizing high spin density
Keyword
Summary
In this research, we focus on the combination of rare-earth magnetic elements and arsenides, which has not been explored so far, to create magnetic semiconductor material systems with high spin density. We aim to establish fundamental theories for application to optical circuit elemants by systematically clarifying the electronic state and magnetotransport of rare-earth arsenide semiconductors.
