Summary
Inflammatory skin diseases account for more than half of the top 10 skin diseases in terms of number of patients. The incidence of inflammatory skin diseases is increasing worldwide, and many cases are known to be intractable due to the ineffectiveness of existing drugs. In this study, I will investigate the pathogenesis of inflammatory skin diseases using gene expression changes in primary afferent neurons as a starting point.
